Returning to Transform a Much-Loved Family Home

There’s no greater compliment than being invited back by a customer, so we were delighted to return to this beautiful bungalow for our second and third visits.

Having previously installed new windows, French doors, gutters and downpipes in 2025, our customers asked the Ultra Developments team to continue the transformation with another substantial phase of work.

This time, we installed a brand-new roof, giving the property a fresh new look while providing long-term protection from the elements. We then turned our attention to the outside spaces, laying a new paved driveway, patio and garden paths to create a smart, practical and cohesive finish around the home.

It’s been fantastic to see the property develop across each stage of the project, and we’re especially pleased to have already been asked to return again next year for further work.
