Commercial project located in Liverpool One. Project overview – transformation of old USC store to Cosy Club, Lindt, Smiggle and Urban Decay retail outlets. Project cost £501k
- Installation of temporary hoarding to internal elevation of the USC store, to facilitate the removal of the existing glass facade, and design manufacture of the installation of the new glazed elevations in accordance with the new design
- New glazing to consist of 12mm low iron toughened facade
- 25.5mm low iron toughened laminated fins
- Satin polished stainless steel fittings to include all bracketry, door handles and patch fittings
- Silicone pointing over the whole facade
- Ultra Developments also provided all machinery including cranes, cheery pickers and scissor lifts
- Ultra Developments were principle contractor on this project
