Our sister company, Ultra Developments has just completed a full house refurbishment on the waterfront in Liverpool City Centre. The project included new windows throughout the property, underfloor heating to the whole of the downstairs, a new boiler, and a central heating system on the first floor. Re-configuration of the ground floor, knock-through from kitchen to dining room, and the introduction of a new downstairs W/C and shower room.

New kitchen and fitted wardrobes throughout, two new bathrooms on the first floor, including all tiling. New luxury vinyl flooring across the whole of the property, and new oak internal doors throughout. Painting to the property through every room and a new security system has been installed.

This refurbishment was completed ahead of schedule, enabling the customer to move back into the property sooner than expected. Our customer was delighted with the finish and is now enjoying luxury living on the waterfront.
