Our sister company, Ultra Developments were brought in to complete this project following several detailed site visits with the client, during which we worked closely to finalise their ideal layout. The scope of work included the demolition of the existing front garage, followed by the construction of a new front porch, garage, and side extension that gently wraps around the rear of the property.

As part of the external improvements, we constructed a brand-new porch complete with a modern Rockdoor front entrance, and fitted an electric roller shutter to the newly built garage. French doors were installed at the rear of the property, opening out onto a freshly laid patio area, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces. To enhance natural light, we added Velux roof lights, bringing brightness into the heart of the home — particularly the kitchen area.

Internally, we fitted a stylish new kitchen that included a peninsula breakfast area and quartz worktops, combining functionality with a modern aesthetic. We also installed luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring throughout, offering both durability and visual appeal. All internal areas were freshly painted, giving the entire space a clean, updated finish.

The end result was a thoughtfully extended and modernised home — and most importantly, a very happy client.
