Our sister compnay, Ultra Developments, received this job through a recommendation from work we completed about four years ago for friends of our new clients. We had our first meeting with Cat and Andy midweek, and by Friday, we got the call to meet again. After meeting with another builder, they decided Ultra Developments was the team they wanted to move forward with.

This project was a big one — a full refurbishment of the entire property. It included a dormer loft conversion, a single-storey wraparound extension, and a brand-new porch.

The house was completely replumbed, including a new boiler, downstairs W/C, utility room, and bathrooms on the first and second floors. We also completed a full rewire, including internet and ethernet points, and installed a comms cabinet.

Every room was stripped back to brick, replastered, and fully redecorated throughout. We supplied and fitted carpets and luxury vinyl flooring in every room. Fitted wardrobes were supplied and installed in the two main bedrooms.

Externally, we replaced the roof, fascia, soffits, and downpipes, installed new UPVC windows, and applied a silicone-based render to all elevations. We also supplied and installed new composite decking at the rear of the property.

The new kitchen and utility room were installed with appliances, in partnership with our kitchen partner HB Kitchens and Julien McDonald. This was a fantastic project for Ultra Developments, and it was an absolute pleasure to work with Cat and Andy on creating their dream home.
