Ultra developments were chosen to convert a detached garage in the Chester area after checking out our five-star reviews on Checkatrade. Like most garages, this was used as additional storage space and not getting used to its full potential.

Ultra developments stripped the existing roof and replaced it with new ones, including new Velux windows; we also installed new Anthracite Grey gutters, fascia, and downspouts. We removed garage doors, bricked them to the desired height, and installed new UPVC Grey windows and doors. We stripped out the inside, Insulated all walls and ceiling, installed a new electric heater, new spotlights, and sockets, fully plastered, and installed new laminate flooring, followed by new skirting boards.

Within just over two weeks, we have converted a garage previously used for storage to a brand-new home office. We are delighted with the end product and have another super-satisfied customer.
