Our sister company, Ultra Developments, created a fabulous new open-plan kitchen for another very happy customer. The old conservatory was removed to be replaced with a 7.5mtr x 4.5mtr extension. Our flat roof system had 2 glass lanterns installed to allow maximum light to the new kitchen and dining room. This job included the creation of a new downstairs W/C and a new utility room. The new extension was completed with underfloor heating, completely tiled with a beautiful porcelain tile.

The existing kitchen was removed, all structural work was completed, installing steel, and opening existing space to the fantastic new extension. Completely painted throughout before installing a new kitchen by our kitchen partner HB Kitchens. Our customer was extremely happy with the finish and booked us in for more work in 2023.
